Credits are like tokens you use to access different tools. You need one credit for each email you check with the validation tool or the AI scoring feature, whether it's a single check or a bulk upload.

For the Email Finder, it takes 20 credits for each successful result.

Never. All credits purchased or received for free as part of a promotional effort will remain in your account. You can use them whenever you wish.

Our Pay as You Go service costs $20 USD for validating 2,000 email addresses. It's our minimum buy. You can add credits as you need them.

Our subscriptions begin at $18 USD each month. Depending on how many emails need to be validated, a subscription can save you up to 18% every month. In addition, unused credits are carried over month to month. You have the option to cancel your membership at any time.

No, we never keep your data in our system for longer than 30 days. All of your data, including portions of it, is deleted 30 days after you upload your file, unless you choose to delete it sooner. Additionally, the information you provide to us for payment purposes is encrypted.

You’ll use FareOf credits for various services.

For most services like email validation and scoring, it costs one credit per email address.

For instance, validating one email address uses one credit. Scoring that same email address costs another credit. If you validate and score an email, you’ll use two credits in total.

If you validate your email list and then choose to score it, you’ll spend an extra credit for each email address scored. We don’t charge credits in these cases:

• If the email verification status is “unknown”
• If you remove a duplicate email from your list

When you upload your list for validation, we’ll inform you if we find Activity Data for any email addresses. If you decide to score those emails, you’ll use one more credit per email.

For Email Finder, it uses 20 credits per successful search. Just like email validation, an “unknown” result won’t cost you any credits.

The Email Finder uses credits based on these rules:

• 20 credits if the email is successfully verified
• 0 credits if the result is “unknown”

FareOf accepts all major currencies, such as the Euro, British Pound, and Indian Rupee. You can use any currency supported by Stripe, and the checkout screen will default to your region's currency during the transaction. Please see our billing paperwork for a complete list of acceptable currencies.
