How Activity Data Functions
After checking your email list, you will know which people are safe to contact. Beyond genuine emails, you also need engaged, high-quality leads who actively interact with their inboxes. This is where our Activity Data service comes in.
This is how it functions:
1. Submit your email list for validation. If a contact is active, our scoring partners link activity data to that email address.
2. Choose whether to include Activity Data in your results.
3. Relevant activity details are sent to the respective email addresses on your list.
What Activity Data contains:
- Last known activity period - track activity for last 30, 60, 90, 180, 365, or 365+ days
- Type of activity - detects opens, clicks, and sends.
- Activity Frequency - finds out how many times an email has been opened, clicked, or sent.
- Activity location - show if the email was opened in an inbox or on the web.
Add Activity Data to your list in three simple steps
See your results
Download your file, search your valid contacts, and look for the newly added Activity Data fields. See when and where the address was active, what actions were taken, and how many times they took action.
Validate your email list
It doesn't make any sense for you to get Activity Data from a chaotic email list. So, first, submit your database and let your email validator filter out bad contacts. This allows you to get off to a good start.
Tick the box
Once your list is complete, click the Activity Data box before downloading your results. We will scan your contacts and notify you if activity was found. Then we'll add that data to your list to make it even better.
Explore your results
Download your file to check how many real contacts you have and which subscribers have been active in the last 30–365 days. You may find these results in the "last known activity" column.
Have you downloaded your list without adding Activity Data?
Don't worry; you can still have it! If you downloaded your email list without adding anything to it, you can always change your mind. Simply download your list again, but this time be sure to tick the Activity Data box. Also, remember to get your results within 30 days, as FareOf will not save your data for longer than that.
